Set Up
Open the app and go to Settings, then Integrations, then CallRail. Then:
- In CallRail, go to Integrations, then Data access, then API keys, and create a key. Read-only works for calls; Allow Writes lets us set up call sync automatically.
- Paste the key here and pick the account and company this workspace tracks.
- Calls start landing in your Leads inbox within minutes.
What Syncs
Tracked calls appear in your leads inbox with the caller, source, and recording. Calls that match an ad click are sent to Google Ads as conversions.
