Mach Five Magnet and Microsoft Teams

Post every new lead to a Teams channel the moment it is captured.

Set Up

Open the app and go to Settings, then Notifications. Then:

1. In the Teams channel, open Workflows and add “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received”.
2. Copy the workflow URL it gives you.
3. In the app, go to Settings, then Notifications, paste the URL under Microsoft Teams, and save.
4. Click Send test. Leads arrive as a card with name, contact, and source.

What Syncs

Every new lead posts to a Teams channel the moment it is captured.
