Any tracked action your SDK sends: a page view, a click, a custom event, an identify call. Batched properties on a single action count as one event. We never bill for internal events like session heartbeats.
Nothing breaks. On Starter we keep ingesting for 48 hours and email you; after that, new events queue until the next cycle. On Growth, overage is metered at $10 per 100k events and shows on your invoice line by line.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference to the day. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you never lose data you already paid to retain.
No. Each plan includes a seat allowance, and on Enterprise seats are unlimited. We think everyone on the team should see the numbers, so pricing follows your traffic instead.
